
Dr. Hans J. Langer
Dr. Hans. J. Langer founded EOS in 1989 and developed the company into a pioneer and market leader in the area of additive manufacturing. As majority shareholder and chairman he is now concentrating mainly on the strategic development of the EOS Group. He has more than 30 years of experience in selling and marketing of laser based solutions. Dr. Langer received several awards such as the German Top 100 innovation award (three times), the Bavarias Best 50 award (two times) and in 2008 the Bavarian State Meddle. In 2011 the British TCT magazine named him one of the twenty most influential people in the area of Additive Manufacturing. Before he founded EOS, Dr. Langer was Managing Director Europe for General Scanning Inc. Before that, he was researcher at the Max-Planck-Institute for plasma physics and received his PhD from Ludwig-Maximilian-University in Munich.
Johann Oberhofer
Johann Oberhofer is Managing Director of AM Ventures Holding GmbH and responsible for investments into start-up companies in the field of Additive and Advanced Manufacturing. Before that, he was working more than 20 years for EOS and was COO of EOS for 14 years.He has more than 30 years of experience in selling, marketing and developing of laser based systems and solutions. Before starting his career in the industry Johann Oberhofer studied Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich and completed both with a diploma degree.

Prof. Dr. Robert Liska
Robert Liska received his Ph.D. degree in technical chemistry in 1998 from the Vienna University of Technology. In 2006, he got his habilitation in the field of macromolecular chemistry at the Institute of Applied Synthetic Chemistry. His current research interests are in the field of photoinitiation, photopolymerization, 3D-printing, and biomedical polymers. He has co-authored more than 140 papers in peer reviewed journals. Up to now more than 30 patent families have been filed. Since 2012 he is also the head of the Christian Doppler laboratory for digital and restorative dentistry and member of the Austrian Cluster for Tissue Regeneration. Since 2016 he is full professor for Organic Technology at the Institute of Applied Synthetic Chemistry of the TU Wien. Currently, the group consists of 3 post-docs and more than 20 PhD students.
